By creating an account or using NeoMoney services, you:

• Confirm that you are at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Agree to provide accurate and complete information
• Accept all terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein
• Consent to electronic communications and notifications

NeoMoney provides the following services through authorized Business Correspondents and retail partners:

• Banking Services: AEPS, Money Transfer (DMT), Account Opening, PAN Services
• Payment Services: Mobile Recharge, DTH Recharge, Bill Payments (BBPS)
• Travel Services: IRCTC Ticket Booking, Flight Booking, Bus Booking, Hotel Booking
• Financial Services: Loan Facilitation, Investment Products, Insurance Services
• Other Services: As may be added from time to time

Registration Requirements:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as per RBI guidelines
• Submit valid identity proof (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.) and address proof
• Provide a valid mobile number and email address

Account Security:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Do not share your PIN, OTP, password, or biometric data with anyone
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• You are liable for all activities conducted through your account

As a user of NeoMoney services, you agree to:

• Use services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
• Not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized transactions
• Provide accurate information for all transactions
• Not use the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing
• Maintain sufficient balance/funds for transactions
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Respect intellectual property rights of NeoMoney and third parties

Transaction Processing:

• All transactions are subject to verification and approval
• Transaction limits apply as per RBI/NPCI guidelines and platform policies
• Processing time varies by service and may take up to 24-48 hours
• You must verify transaction details before confirmation
• Once confirmed, transactions cannot be cancelled (subject to service-specific rules)

Transaction Charges:

• Service charges apply to transactions as displayed at the time of transaction
• Charges are subject to change without prior notice
• GST and other applicable taxes will be added to service charges
• Failed transactions may incur bank/payment gateway charges

Failed Transactions:

• In case of failed transactions, refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days
• You must report failed transactions within 24 hours
• Refunds are subject to verification and investigation

For Business Correspondents and Retail Partners:

• Commissions are based on the service type and transaction value
• Commission rates are subject to change at the Company's discretion
• Commissions are credited to your wallet after successful transaction completion
• Minimum withdrawal limits and charges apply
• TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be deducted as per Income Tax Act
• You are responsible for filing tax returns and maintaining financial records

Refund and cancellation policies vary by service:

• Recharges & Bill Payments: Non-refundable once processed successfully
• Travel Bookings: Subject to respective operator's cancellation policy
• Money Transfers: Refunded only if transaction fails or is rejected by beneficiary bank
• Failed Transactions: Automatically refunded within 7-10 working days

All content, features, and functionality on the NeoMoney platform are owned by Neomoney india E-Services LLP. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
• The NeoMoney logo, brand name, and trademarks are proprietary
• Unauthorized use may result in legal action

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• NeoMoney is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for losses arising from service interruptions, technical issues, or third-party failures
• Our total liability is limited to the transaction amount in question
• We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your negligence
• Third-party service providers have separate terms and liabilities

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neomoney india E-Services LLP., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the services
• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Violation of any rights of third parties
• Fraudulent or illegal activities conducted through your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Non-compliance with regulatory requirements
• Any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform. Any outstanding balances will be settled as per our policies.

Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

Dispute Resolution:

• In case of disputes, first contact our customer support
• Disputes will be attempted to be resolved through negotiation
• If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
• The arbitration will be conducted in English in New Delhi

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or app. We will notify users of significant changes through:

• Email notification
• In-app notification
• Website announcement

Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

NeoMoney operates in compliance with:

• Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines
• National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) regulations
• Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002
• Information Technology Act, 2000
• Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007
• Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and NeoMoney.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without notice.
