Refund Policy

All digital services offered on the COOLPAY INDIA DIGITAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED platform, including but not limited to AEPS, Money Transfer, Aadhaar Pay, Recharge, Bill Payments, Wallet Services, and other banking-related transactions, are processed in real time.

Once a transaction is successfully completed, it is considered final and no refund shall be applicable, as such transactions are irreversible by nature.

In cases where a transaction is marked as failed, pending, or reversed, and the amount has been debited from the user’s account or wallet, the refund will be processed automatically as per the turnaround time (TAT) of the respective bank or service provider.

Such refunds are generally completed within 3 to 7 working days. The refunded amount will always be credited back to the original source of payment.

COOLPAY INDIA DIGITAL SERVICES PVT LTD shall not be responsible for refunds arising from transactions made using incorrect details, including but not limited to wrong mobile numbers, incorrect bank account information, Aadhaar errors, or incorrect beneficiary details.

Users are strongly advised to verify all details carefully before confirming any transaction.

Additionally, if a user purchases additional services such as Bank Account Opening Services, PAN Card Services, or any other documentation-based or government-linked services, these services shall be strictly non-refundable.

Once the service request is initiated, the process is forwarded to third-party institutions or government portals, making refunds impossible.

For offline products purchased from COOLPAY INDIA DIGITAL SERVICES PVT LTD, including Biometric Devices, Micro ATM machines, or POS machines, a 7-day refund policy is applicable.

Refunds will be accepted only if the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Products that have been installed, activated, or used are not eligible for refunds.

Any courier, handling, or return shipping charges, if applicable, shall be non-refundable.

Upon approval of a refund request, the amount will be credited to the original mode of payment after successful verification.

COOLPAY INDIA DIGITAL SERVICES PVT LTD reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

This policy is governed by applicable Indian laws and regulatory guidelines.
