1. Scope of Refund Policy

All digital services offered on the NEOMONEY INDIA E-SERVICES LLP platform, including but not limited to AEPS, Money Transfer, Aadhaar Pay, Recharge, Bill Payments, Wallet Services, and other banking-related transactions, are processed in real time.

2. Services Covered

Once a transaction is successfully completed, it is considered final and no refund shall be applicable, as such transactions are irreversible by nature.

3. Refund Eligibility

In cases where a transaction is marked as failed, pending, or reversed, and the amount has been debited from the user’s account or wallet, the refund will be processed automatically as per the turnaround time (TAT) of the respective bank or service provider.

4. User Responsibilities

Such refunds are generally completed within 3 to 7 working days. The refunded amount will always be credited back to the original source of payment.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

NEOMONEY INDIA E-SERVICES LLP shall not be responsible for refunds arising from transactions made using incorrect details, including but not limited to wrong mobile numbers, incorrect bank account information, Aadhaar errors, or incorrect beneficiary details.

6. Charges & Commissions

Users are strongly advised to verify all details carefully before confirming any transaction.

7. Service-wise Refund Rules

Additionally, if a user purchases additional services such as Bank Account Opening Services, PAN Card Services, or any other documentation-based or government-linked services, these services shall be strictly non-refundable.

8. No Refund Scenarios

Once the service request is initiated, the process is forwarded to third-party institutions or government portals, making refunds impossible.

9. Limitation of Liability

For offline products purchased from NEOMONEY INDIA E-SERVICES LLP, including Biometric Devices, Micro ATM machines, or POS machines, a 7-day refund policy is applicable.

10. Fraud & Misuse

Refunds will be accepted only if the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Products that have been installed, activated, or used are not eligible for refunds.

11. Account Suspension

Any courier, handling, or return shipping charges, if applicable, shall be non-refundable.

12. Dispute Resolution

Upon approval of a refund request, the amount will be credited to the original mode of payment after successful verification.

13. Policy Modifications
